Promotional Campaign:

⚈︎ We offer a 5% discount on all students who bring valid student ID.

On the Day of your appointment:

⚈︎ Please arrive on time of your appointment to ensure full service. 

⚈︎ All cancelations and rescheduling must be done within 48 hours in advance of original time.

⚈︎ Clients who do not show up for their appointment or are late more than 20 minutes may be forced to reschedule depending on situation.

Customer Satisfaction Policy: 

⚈︎ If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, you have 10 DAYS to come and get it reevaluated and fixed.

Clients Notice:

⚈︎ The Price is different between stylists.  Clients will be given a consultation before every service and pricing will be based on their stylist’s recommendations.  For customers who are doing chemical processes, we strongly suggest you go to the salon for a consultation in advance if you have damaged or already processed hair.
